What's Planned:

Friday Night:

Bawdy Ballad Competition: original works or preloved all are welcome.
Be ware this is an R certificate event enter the tent at your own risk.

Saturday:

Royal Round Archery Shoot: Bring your gear
The Royal Round Competition was one of the most popular SCA Archery competitions. Being one end at 40', one end at 30' and one end at 20' with a speed round at 20'

Agincourt Run

Stag hunt bring your combat archery gear.

Fencing in the Round

It is planned to hold autherisation lessons for people who have fenced in other codes who would like to participate in the tourney. Contact Lord Donnchardh Baillie

Fencing Tourney will begin after lunch and will be a single weapon event.

If you have table games please bring them, you will also need your feasting gear and table lighting. Remember, to play Tablero you need a bottle of alcohol.

Sunday:

The morning will be a layback rest and catch up with nothing formal planned

Pencampwr Gan Abertridwr Tournament will commence after lunch

Pencampwr points will be converted to lives and non combatants can gift a life to a combatant to a maximum of four lives per combatant

This is a high chivalric tournament, we ask everyone to put a special effort into their gear for this event.  Banners and banners and Banners, full heraldic display

We have an out door area for fire eaters and twirlers

Accommodation:

Tent town will be arranged. Limited powered sites but heaps of unpowered space.

Tell us your space requirements so we can organise an encampment for you.

Limited sleeping on floor in a communal room is available but should be a last resort. Space will go to those with medical needs first.

 Please if your planning on drinking think about tentage early. Don’t drink and drive.

This is a fully catered event

Friday night’s meal is a stone-soup bring something to enrich the flavor.

Cost of the Event

A day rate covers from either up to 5pm includes breakfast and lunch or after
5pm includes Dinner or feast. Thus if a member was staying from breakfast to Dawn the cost would be $40.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
