Camping Sites

There are designated camping areas. Please do not stray from them. The camping ground is powered and there are five power boxes you can use except for the one nearest the Great Olde Tree (you'll know it when you see it). .

Costume

All the SCA requires is that you make an attempt at pre-16th Century Clothing. At this event we'd prefer it if you drew your inspiration from the Dark Ages.

That said, you can be as imaginative or as accurate as you like. All we care about is that you have a good time. :)

Optional Extras

If you have any shields or banners with a Viking or Anglo-Celtic flavour, feel free to bring them along and we'll find somewhere in or around the hall to place them.

Please hand them to the stewards before 5pm on either Saturday or Sunday.

Children

All children that are brought to this event are the responsibility of their parents.

There is a playground on site.
