Light Combat - Light Combat refers to Archers or Projectile weapons users on the field. Light combatants are called this due to the Lighter armor they are allowed to use. Light Fighters are able to use a Bow, Throwing Axes, Spears or man Siege weapons.
Fencers - SCA fencing re-creates fifteenth- and sixteenth-century styles of civilian self-defence using fibreglass or blunted steel swords and daggers.
SCA fencing is somewhat less stylised than modern Olympic fencing, being closer to what someone would do in an actual duel in the period.
