Forms for A&S Officers

Are you stepping up to be your groups A&S Officer?  Then you will need to fill in a Warrant of Appointment to Office (pdf 91 kb).  The form needs to be signed by you, your Seneschal or B&B.  Keep a copy of the form and send the original to Gwir.

You may find the Report Form of assistance when preparing your quarterly / half yearly report.
