Email submissions are permissible (i.e., where there is a quarantine issue, or the piece is too large to transport).  Email submissions must be sent to the KMOAS at least 2 weeks in advance of the competition.  Research Papers are also to be sent to the KMoAS at least 2 weeks in advance of the competition.

A SCA feast menu, with period recipes, themed to suit a particular historic event (e.g. based on a historic feast).  For unusual ingredients, like lampreys, show where you could get them from now, or what you would substitute and why.
