Email submissions are permissible (i.e., where there is a quarantine issue, or the piece is too large to transport). Email submissions must be sent to the KMOAS at least 2 weeks in advance of the competition. Research Papers are also to be sent to the KMoAS at least 2 weeks in advance of the competition.
