Welcome to the Lochac home page for the Arts & Sciences in the Society for Creative Anachronism. These pages are designed to help local Arts & Sciences Officer of Lochac by providing information, help and hopefully some inspiration.
We are very fortunate that Lochac is so active in A&S. Competitions may be the 'public' face of A&S, but importantly, A&S information is available from the Guilds; Collegia class notes are beingposted to the Virtual Collegium.
In these pages you will find information on the upcoming Kingdom A&S Competitions and the results of the competitions; contact details for Kingdom and Group A&S Officer; the A&S Handbook (inforamtion for A&S officers) and the Guidelines for Combat Display.
Once again, Baroness katherine kerr of the Hermitage has been named A&S Champion of Lochac in XLIV. Baroness katherine was the Champion in XLII, and has shown extraordinary dedication to the Arts to become Champion two years running! An amazing effort and our hearty congratulations!
Please feel free to contact me if you have any comments, questions, ideas or suggestions?
Cheers,
