Reporting Procedures

College Seneschal must report via the Lochac Seneschals' Database by the last day of January, April, July and October. Courtesy copy to Baron and Baroness.

College Officers must report to College Seneschal and their corresponding Baronial Officer (except for Fresher Representative - no Baronial equivalent) by the 15th of January, April, July and October. Reeves tend to do things differently, so the Baronial Reeve will be in touch when the College Reeve should report.

Reports should be a run-down of every thing that has happened in the areas for which you are responsible, as well as summaries of any reports from your downlines. For examples, post on the mailing list and ask.
