College membership is quite cheap (generally less than $10) and comes with an email subscription to the Innilgard Irregular, the local newsletter, and subscription to our email list. Unfortunately this doesn't mean that you're a member of the Society for Creative Anachronism Inc., which costs a bit more (around $45 at the moment). If you want to join SCA Inc. the Seneschal has membership forms (or can get them for you). Non members can still attend events, they just don't get the member's discount at some non college events. If you go along to a lot of events this can add up, and you also get "Pegasus" the Lochac newsletter, if you're a member. However, college members still get discounts at college and some Barony events. It is also worth pointing out that you can sign up to receive the Innilgard Irregular by email for free (contact me for details) which is generally enough to get by with indefinately if you have a small budget.
To be a college member you must be a member of the Adelaide University Clubs Association, which is automatic if you've paid your Union Fees. If you're not a member you can become one for a small fee by going to the Clubs Association office on the ground floor of the Lady Symmons building.
