Welcome to the Canton of Burnfield located in the lovely warm clime of Wide Bay, Queensland, Australia. We are a member of the Society for Creative Anachronism which is a medieval re-enactment group. Our time period is from 600 AD to 1600 AD. Join us for fun, food and lots of great fighting! We meet every Tuesday night from 7:00 pm at the Gin Gin Historical Society grounds (Gin Gin Markets).

Where

Kelly Gang's property, 8km west of Gin Gin. See directions. Follow the signs on arrival at Gin Gin. [Bruce Hwy, arrive in Gin Gin, left onto Walker St, Left onto Tirroan Rd. Follow this for 8km then Right onto Dalysford Rd then 1.6 km to property entry.] This is a camping event - civilised accommodation is available in town.

What to bring

• Old or floating arrows required for the water course
• Combat blunts for the Stag Hunt
• Camping gear + torch, hat, insect repellent, camp chair, feasting kit
• Fishing gear & yabbie traps
