There is only one current project, the creation of Lochac's Herbal for Brewers and Lochac's Recipe Book.

Scope: To provide a reference webpage (and perhaps published too) of all herbs used in brewing and their properties. Then after all the herbs have been published, the brewing recipes referred to in the project. This should take 6 months minimum depending on impetus, volunteers, and
enthusiasm.

Project Phase 1:

• Create field list to be populated (Derek and Julie Craig)
• Create HTML template (Craig Jones)
• Provide tech advice on doing the project in PHP (Rob Bolin)
• Contact Lochac Webminister to ask for space (Craig Jones)

Project Phase 2:

• Split recipes into groups (Job up for grabs)
• Create index of all herbs required and a list of recipes that use that herb (Several volunteers required)

Project Phase 3:

• Create one page for each herb (Several volunteers required)
• Consolidate and publish pages (Craig Jones)
• Scan in Woodcut of herb from a period herbal (Craig Jones & others if they own Gerards or another herbal, and a scanner)
• Scan in picture of herb from herb book or someones garden (several volunteers required)

Project Phase 4:

• Create one page for each brew recipe, including an initial redaction (MANY volunteers required)
• Link recipes to herbs (Craig Jones)

Project Phase 5:

• Announce and publicise resource...
