Cost

  For individuals, $AUS20/$NZ25 per item (a name, a device or a badge - i.e. a name and a device submitted together costs $AUS40/$NZ50).

All submissions from branches are free.
There is no cost for resubmitting if the returned item is resubmitted within three (3) years of the date of notification of its most recent return.
Make payment using a cheque or money order, payable to "SCA Inc. College of Heralds". Do not send cash in the post.

Copies required

Names:
Make four (4) copies of the Name form and of ALL documentation. The copies of your name submission are distributed as follows:-
Devices & Badges:
Make six (6)COLOUR copies plus one OUTLINE copy. The colour copies should use bold, heraldically correct colours, preferably done with colourfast felt tip pen .
N.B The use of crayon, gel pens, faint coloured pencil, paint, Colour printers and colour photocopiers is unacceptable and any submission that has used any of these will be returned.
The outline copy should be a line drawing with only the sable [black] parts (if any) coloured in. Please make the lines bold to assist in scanning - I recommend that the outline version be drawn first, fill in your details and blazon, then copy it and the copies coloured in.
