OFFICERS' REPORTS
Marshall
Roster as KG Marshall has expired. Conrad will take over, but he needs to get re-authorised first.
One accident: Corin got bashed in the thumb (he was wearing gumbies) by an enthusiastic newcomer.
Jennie expressed interest in authorising as marshall.

Constable
Paul is to take over as constable.

EVENT REPORTS
Summer Twilight Tourney Series made a total profit of $212 and were a jolly good thing. Although first year Uni students are scarily young.
Need to discuss setting tournaments; did this format work?

UPCOMING EVENTS
Festival
plans pretty much under control, but need to talk to Sui (Margaret will
phone) as decision about "period tents to the fore" affects him and haven't had good chance to talk to him about it.

Stormhold: Saburac Feast and Tourney
St Monicas: will probably do something around May 5th but nothing yet booked.
Stormhold: Investiture 24th June
August 19th: Bob and Kate
Cathy wants to run a boutique feast in next 6-12 months.
Leanne has expressed interest in running a Ball in 2007.
Ball d'Argent to be in NZ this year.
