Minutes for meeting May 2006

24th May 2006, Gwynfor and Gwir's.

present: Tiffany Brown, Jennie Rosenbaum Kenneally, Liam Kenneally, Margaret Rendell (Seneschal),Peter Ryan.

Seneschal:
nothing of note to report. Report to Kingdom Seneschal due at end of month.

Web Minister:

Have contacted Del and got the website password changed, can now rearrange stuff from different places without needing to get access via Tobin.

Marshall:

5-8 people in armour in recent weeks.
possibility of extending Friday nights to include regular combat archer training, also maybe rapier training.

St Monicas:

ICW in Sydney this year, not many going.
Jennie has now put "The Girdle"s (newsletters) on St Mons website.
Recent A&S lunchtime meeting on calligraphy run by Lillian deemed excellent.
St Mons missed the boat on organising anything for Monash Open Day. Suggest that KG should plan early to aid with this next year, as it is a big draw for newcomers from outside the University, in KGs geographical area.
Upcoming events: potluck in July, Blue feather feast in September(Miles).
