- bank balance ~$2200+ profits from Summer Twilight Tourney Series ($463?). This will cover year's tithe.
A&S
- A&S has been happening. People should be encouraged to enter the Stonehenge competitions at Festival.
- Also A&S items discussed but not officially part of report:
- The first-Saturday date for Cooks' Guild is not suitable this month. We can have a cooking-themed KG A&S workshop day for those who need their cooking fix.
- The last issue of Cockatrice contained an excellent painting article by Jennie.
Marshall
- We had another tournament, and it was good.
- Training going well.
- A couple of new people have showed interest.
- Need to renew periodic waivers.

- More items are being moved away from gwynfor.org, as he is running out of space.
- Wall hanging photos are now up on the Suth Guild Heall site, carpet photos to follow.

Event Report:
- Summer Twilight Tourney Series wrapup.
A total of 82 different people attended over the series
$463 total profit
competitions had good numbers entering and were greatly enjoyed. We need to start thinking now about next year's competitions.

- St Monica's Day is coming up. St Mon's is also hoping to run potlucks to continue the "3rd Friday" habit over winter.

tourney will probably consist of 4-5 'mini-tourneys'.
Hall/Park hire cost is $595, so will probably cost event at $25/$30 (break-even 40 attendees)
