Present: Tiffany Brown (A&S), Iestyn, Lillian Johnston (Web Mistress), Conrad Leviston (Marshall), Margaret Rendell (Seneschal), Steve Roylance, Peter Ryan.

Officers Reports :

Reeve :

• (phoned in) no transactions since last meeting

Web :

• Web pages - More stuff on the pages –everybody should look! One thing missing is a good picture of the library display.
• Email list and Calendar - Still waiting for a good time to move to google. Need to streamline use of rss feeds for calendar – Paul has offered to do this but needs to be arranged. It would be good if officers could edit the reminders of meetings.

Marshall :

• Roland, Lillian and Everard are now authorised as archery marshalls, which makes ensuring there's an archery marshall at Friday nights easier.
• Corin, Bridget, Jess, and Cate all want to qualify as rapier marshals, which will similarly aid rapier.
• Rowan has been bringing targets, and we are getting 4-7 people at each activity.
• No progress on looking for an indoor venue. It was suggested that looking for "dry" halls would mean we wouldn't be competing with parties.

A&S:

• Useful things to have on Wednesday nights after meeting: 'show and tell', debate. Tiff will advertise.

Seneschal :

• (after reminder by Peter) reminds everyone to check their warrant/roster dates.

Tournament of Ivy and Burgundian Feast , 4th August

Miles needs kitchen hands and serving platters.

Planning continues. Getting volunteer cooks is not a problem.
