The Guild of Brewers, Vintners and Imbibers is the SCA guild dedicated to the research and recreation of the various beverages of the Middle Ages, including ale, mead, cider, perry, wines of divers fruits, liquors, cordials and other such libations as may be consumed for pleasure, celebration or as part of daily life.

The Guild meets in conjunction with the local Chapter of the Cooks' Guild on the first Saturday of each month, which is the day before the Barony of Stormhold's Monthly Tournament, for that visitors may wish to attend both on the one weekend. The meetings are held at private residences, and are designed to allow new foods and beverages to be created, research to be undertaking, knowledge passed on and social interaction to be had.
