2008 Sep 21 Rapier Tourney Last Blade Standing - 21.09.2008

 
This is a short Rapier Tourney where the name of each of the combatants is drawn from a hat to decide who is to fight whom. The bout ends as soon as one (or both) are killed. Anyone left alive advances to the next round. The winner is the one who is still alive at the end of all the bouts. They are the Last Blade Standing. :)
Round 1 Only those left alive at the end of the bout advance to the next round.
Combatant A versus Victor Notes
R1: Baldwin Michael None (Double Kill) This rapier tournament is a simulation of reality. Once you are killed you do not advance any further. Especially for a double kill.
R2: Sam Anselm Anselm Anselm advances to the next round.
R3: Elspeth Anselm Anselm There were an odd number of contestants. 
Winner: Anselm da Calabria by being the Last Blade Standing. 
 
 
 
2008 Sep 21 King of the Hill Training Tourney - 21.09.2008

 
This is a rapier tourney where each competitor fights each other competitor twice. For this tourney there were six competitors. The first competitor will fight each other competitor without a break. Then the second competitor fights each other competitor without a break. etc, etc for the third, fourth, fifth and sixth competitors. The winner is the competitor who has won the most bouts. Because there were three marshal one marshal was able to take over marshalling when the two other marshals were fighting. Huzzah for more marshals.
Round 1 King of the Hill format: Anselm, Michael, Sam, Baldwin, Don Henry, Elspeth.
