The bit about provisional laws is one thing we want comments on. Do people think that this is a good idea or not? Are there any alternative suggestions that would work as laws?

Changes to these Laws shall be proclaimed by the Crown at an official event and published in Pegasus. All changes must be presented as changes, additions or deletions to specific articles or sections.

Once proclaimed a law is provisional for the first six months, during which a properly consituted and convened Privy Council can veto that law, if they determine that the law is not in the best interests of the Kingdom.

After the provisional period laws may only be modified or replaced by the Crown, in which case they are again subject to the six month probationary period. The rights, composition and method of convening a Privy Council of the Kingdom are described in Article IX, Section 2.
