I live in Brunswick West which is somewhat closer, and is open to
practising - I'm sure my housemates won't mind too much :P
However I think that given that we'll be carolling outside, maybe Systems
Garden, South Lawn, or a park in the city may be more appropriate for the
acoustics?
Also, what do we want to sing? I'm thinking maybe not filk but more period
carols that aren't usually sung in modern society ie. Gaudete and the
Coventry Carol (music for both can be found at
http://sg.sca.org.nz/docs/music/index.htm#songs).
Can we think of any others?
