Ach, to answer my own question the following site is fabulous:

It gives music for classics hits like The Boar's Head Carol, In Dulci
Jubilo, Nowell sing we, Puer Nobis Nascitur, Green grow'th the holly
and There is no rose.

Others that may be appropriate are Alle Psallite, Sing we and chant it
(got lots of falala's in there), We be soldiers three ("with ne'er a
penny of money"), Pastime with good company, Dona Nobis Pacem (an easy
round with three words - hurruh!).

There's loads of songs out there, we just need to learn them.
