Radburne War III
Come and join House Radburne for a weekend of war and fun! Third time makes it a tradition! Activities include Target Archery (including IKAC), war scenarios, a Combat Archer Tourney, a Heavy (Florentine) Tourney and A & S for the not so martially inclined. Don't forget all the yummy food, including our now famous camp feast, cooked by Terence of Radburne! See the timetable for more details.
Location: Dragon Hill
Date: 7 to 9 August 2009. Site opens 12 noon on the 7th, closes around 1:30pm on the 9th.
Accommodation: Camping space available on site for no extra cost or a variety of accommodation is available in Dubbo, a short ten to fifteen minute drive from the site. Toilets will be provided and we will have a couple of camp showers set up. There is no town water, however drinking water will be provided.
Cost: Fully catered: $45 (Children 6-14: $22.50, Under 6: Free); Partially catered: $30 (Children 6-14: $15, Under 6: Free); Weekend Rate: $15 (Children 6-14: $10, Under 6: Free); Family Rates: POA. For non-members 18 and over, please add $2 to the price (as per the changes brought in by the OZIBOD from the 1 May 2009 requiring event memberships for all non-members over 18).
What you get for your money: Fully catered includes soup kitchen Friday night, breakfast, lunch and camp feast on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. Partially catered includes soup kitchen Friday night and camp feast on Saturday night. Weekend Rate does not include any meals. BYO drinks. See the menu for more details.
Bookings: Bookings required by 2nd August 2009 for catering purposes and to ensure enough amenities available - please notify dietary requirements (e.g. gluten free, allergies etc) when booking. Please contact the Steward to make arrangements for last minute bookings - we will do our best to accommodate you! Payment appreciated with booking - contact Steward for payment options.

To assist in making Radburne War a memorable event, we ask all participants in the War Scenarios to bring an item to donate to the war chest. We also ask all attendees to bring a small craft element that could be used in the "Science of Random Art" Competition.
