Seneschal:

• Charyse has put forward a possible Demo at the Mt Gravatt Festival on the 26 July.

Marshal:

• Stuff happening. Wants assistance with paperwork.

Reeve:

• Has reported.

A&S:

• 14th century stuff happening.
• Handing over position at the meeting after Festival.

Chronicler:

• has reported.

Chirurgeon:

• Festival coming, are you current with your shots & vaccinations? BYO water bottle too.

Constable:

• Absent (in Rowany)

Hospitaller:

• Please book your hospit gear in advance, if required.

• no report.

General Business:

• Bitzy – Yay the servers with Hugette
• Giles – proposed event in November
• Leofric – proposed event in August
• Acacia – Laurel Auction Tourney at Midwinter Crown. Purpose is to raise Money for Laurel Freedom Tours.
• Gabriel – need a gift for Mordenvale Baronial Investiture. Decided: 2 Kingdom Banners.
• Gabriel Proposing to run Northern War, will talk it up at Festival.
• Stanzi – please hand in paperwork for proposed events run over the next 6 months.
