Event Type: Archery Tournament and Feast
Description: You are invited to join the Baron and Baroness Saint Florian de la Riviere in celebration of Their Barony on the 6th of March. Along with the selection of Their Archery Champion, They will be hosting Their Majesties Aedwarde and Yolande at an Iberian Feast.
In the afternoon the new Archery Champion of Saint Florian de la Riviere will be selected through trial by combat. Combatants will face each other in archery duels supervised by the current Champion, Andreas of St Florian. Armour inspection will close at 1.30 PM, and the combat will start soon after. Spectators are encouraged to attend and enjoy the combat, some shade and cold waters and cordials. A gold coin donation will be appreciated.
Later there will be a celebratory feast. We will enjoy a feast with an Iberian flavour, with dishes in accordance with Their Majesties' taste. Doors will open at 6.00 PM, and attendees are encouraged to be prompt as the feast will be served forthwith. Chef Earl Alaric of Bangor will surely further enhance his reputation as one of Lochac's foremost gourmands, and players under the direction of Elaine Wentworth will entertain and scandalise.
