Description:

Be it known that the Baronial Guard will once again hold the field against all challengers in a passage of arms to prove their prowes, courtesy and chivalry in honour of the Baroness of St Florian de la Riviere. Please join us for an afternoon of chivalry, puissance, delight and honour, as we celebrate another year of the ever youthful and beautiful Baroness of Saint Florian de la Riviere

The Tenans will accept challenges from the Venans in any diverse weapon forms such as may be desired (within the confines of the SCA Combat conventions).

All combatants are invited to partake of the fighting and to bring any weapons that they would like to see used on the field.

A light repast will be available to all as a gift from the Barony

The Baroness is inspired by courtesy and Joy de Vive; and enjoys prowess, spectacle and appearance. Animals who attend are to be appropriately attired in either ruffs or pearls.

Lord Edmund Shotley, Baroness's Champion, would like to invite all participants to provide entertainment for the Baroness in her honour.
