Where: Bulli Masonic Hall, 282 Princes Highway Bulli 2516 NSW

Dress code: To maintain a medieval atmosphere at the feast, we ask that all attendees make an attempt at pre-1600 clothing. If you have nothing to wear, please contact the event steward about borrowing costume for the event.

Event timetable


Steel Rose Tourney:

Lists and inspections open at 2:30pm. Tourney starts at 3:00pm. The tourney shall be a roses tournament in round robin format. All entrants are welcome. The college champion shall be the highest placing college member who enters.


Feast of St Malachy:

Hall opens at 6:00pm, with the first course served at 7:00pm. If you have any specific dietary requirements, please inform the steward when booking.


Arts & Sciences Competitions

  To celebrate the College of St Malachy's 10th birthday, the A&S competition is for items in any medium that relate to the history of the college. With permission of the entrants, these items shall be added to the regalia or reliquary of the College.


Cost

   The cost for members (of a college or SCA member) is $15 and for non members is $20. Please make any cheques payable to the University of Wollongong Mediaeval Society.

Directions


   Bulli Masonic Hall - 282 Princes Hwy, Bulli - between Hospital Rd and Organs Rd, opposite Molloy St.

From the north: Come down the Southern Freeway and take the Princes Hwy exit to come down Bulli Pass.

From the south: Follow the Southern Freeway onto the Northern Distributor. Take the Bulli exit to get onto the Princes Hwy.

   Off street car parking is available next to the hall.

   The site is also only three minutes walk from Bulli Railway Station (West to highway then South). The NSW State Rail Authority provide a timetable of train services http://www.cityrail.nsw.gov.au/timetable/ttable.jsp?line=sc&day=we&dir=up .
