For those of you who don't know of the Suth Gild Heall - Cooks,
a brief description. We are a group a people in the SCA who have a love of food, both cooking and eating of it. We have been meeting once a month for over 5 years now (except when local events are on). We exchange ideas, trial recipes for upcoming feasts, and more recently have been redacting recipes from the Forme of Cury as part of the
Project Gutenberg Online translation project. We have
successes and failures, but most of all, lots of fun.

We have also recently made a commitment to get all our active
members recognized as Head Cooks in the Lochac Cooks Guild.

The last couple of months we have started recording our endeavors on the web in hope of encouraging more cooks to

We have active member in Krae Glas, Arrowsreach and central Stormhold, with occasional visitors from Bordercros and as
far away as Cairnfell. We have been meeting on the Saturday before Stormhold's Monthly Bash in hopes that if people re coming down for that, they may come for the weekend and join us.
