Unfortunately due to a lack of booking numbers, InterCollege War will not be
going ahead in July. At this stage, the College of Blessed Herman is looking
to defer it until December, and is currently looking at available dates and
will be consulting with the other Colleges.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thursday 12th to Sunday 15th of July - Inter College War XIV (including 21
years of Lochac Colleges celebrations)

The 14th Inter College War this year will be hosted by the College of
Blessed Herman the Cripple (Adelaide University, South Australia). In this
same year, the College of Blessed Herman, oldest of the Colleges of Lochac,
will celebrate it's 21st Anniversary, as will the Colleges of St Bartholomew
and St Ursula. So not only will we be celebrating 14 years of InterCollege
War, but 21 years of College activity in Lochac.

From Thursday 12th to Sunday 15th of July, there will be War between
Friends, as has become long tradition. The College customs of War and
Welcome, Bloodshed and Beer, Feasting and Fighting, Singing and Slaughter
will continue, and to honour its momentous Anniversary, Blessed Herman will
be hosting a great Feast on the Saturday evening.

Firstly, the site has changed. We are now holding ICW at Shiloh Hills
Campsite, corner Pole Rd and Ironbank Rd, Ironbank. Accommodation prices
have not changed. An updated information pack will be coming out
shortly.

Secondly, the College of Blessed Herman urgently requires those who are
intending to attend ICW to send confirmation of this before Friday 29th
June. So far bookings are very low, and if they do not get the minimum
number before Friday, they will have to postpone or cancel the event.

For a map, go to their website
web site . For those travelling from
interstate, we have the option to stay on site from Wednesday night to
midday Monday morning.

To keep costs for this event within the price range of poor Scholars, the
College has been fundraising over the last year to help cover the costs of
the event. Current College student members are therefore only being charged
the site fee ($5.50 day rate, $15 day+night). Food and other costs of the
events for students are being covered by the College of Blessed Herman from
its fundraising.

To help the current Collegians celebrate, all Old Collegians are invited to
join us for 2 days of Inter College War XIV, on Saturday and Sunday,
including the Birthday Feast on Saturday. We would love to hear from any Old
Collegians out there.

Stewards: Emoni Wintl (Amanda Coleman) and Blodeuwedd y Gath (Anwyn Davies).

There are a large number of competitions, details of which are being sent to
all College Seneschals.

Keep an eye on the Innilgard webpage for more details or email

Saturday 14th of July 2007 - Blessed Herman's 21st Birthday / 21 Years of
Colleges in Lochac Celebration Feast

This year, the oldest college in Lochac, College of Blessed Herman the
Cripple, along with its slightly younger cousins, the Colleges of St Ursula
and St Bartholomew, celebrate their 21st birthdays. To celebrate this
momentous achievement, Blessed Herman will be holding a 21st Birthday Feast
during InterCollege War XIV.

All College members, past and present, from the entire kingdom, are asked to
come and join us in celebrating. Please see the event notice for
InterCollege War for location and booking details.
