College officially exists in eyes of Union. So can do O-week. Requesting help for O-week. Need fighter for demo, 22/23 February. Stuff to display. Flyers on College and Stormhold. Noted needed event form by 10 January for feast the week after O-week.

Amalgamating with Moonlight Revel discussed at length. Try to do on Uni grounds with a Sticks&Frocks theme. Likely 2nd March. Isibeal to be Steward.

Apologies for not dealing with things in timely manner (particularly to Eleanora), haven’t been very well. Note, publication of event on website is sufficient for Corpora.

City of Moonee Valley were good to deal with over new Tuesday night training hall. Have it until end of year (not week of Christmas). Carpet, padlocks, keys, lighting for hall discussed.

June 17th 2007 Archery event possible.

Possibility of doing a Crown Event from September 2008 discussed.

Shoemaking on Tuesday nights at new hall.

Use of public tourney events to attract new people as activity for new year discussed.

Use of small events to train feasting crews discusssed. Along with possibility of developing a two-year ahead calendar of events. Interested in finding out what type of events folk want and to ensure new ideas are encouraged.

24th November, Mistress Gemma hosting (15 Drew St EAST KEILOR).

The need to carefully organise liability coverage for public demos discussed.
