Constable Fridr will be constable at Monthly Bash in November There is a blue envelope with constable paperwork in the cupboard in the Bucket. St Bart's Marshal Rodrigo has barstock to make shelving for the Bucket and is currently making large wooden wheels for the archery butt. Arts&Sciences Chronicler Business from the previous meeting General Business Demos The group of people currently involved are from all Melbourne groups and it was suggested that any payment we receive for participation would be split pro-rata according to the number of attendees from each group. Villana will speak with the seneschals of Krae Glas and Arrowsreach and submit a proposal to Historic Events by 20 October. We need to focus on improving the authenticity of footwear and garb, to comply with the requirements of Historic Events. Sara and Villana will run shoe workshops on Tuesdays in November to facilitate this. We can't demonstrate our fighting at the demo, as there are a number of groups already demonstrating their fighting and there is no space. Events Cairnfell event on 21 October. November Monthly Bash on 11 November. Baron and Baroness Southron Guard will be visiting. Arrowsreach Royal Visit 18 November. Lyos Picnic will be held on Sunday 26 November at Mt Franklin. There will be a Tourney and Treasure Hunt. William Marshal - 2 December. Organisation is going smoothly. Thorfinn will attend events around Melbourne to sell tickets. Hanbal has offered to run an archery day on 17 June (date to be confirmed with School). The traditional archery club will bring archery butts and animal-like targets and the archery club members will sign our waivers and pay our fee.
