Clubs and Societies have not yet "officially" approved club, but this should change soon. Rebecca has collected 30 signatures for the formal submission and expects at least 5 more.

There has been a name enquiry and a number of courts and some field heraldry. There were 3 "volunteers" toi learn field heraldry at Monthly Bash. We need some field heralds tabards and it would be nice to have speccy baronial heralds tabard for court - we will aim for one for William Marshal.

Arts & Sciences
Report was made by email. Cordials happened. The mixtures went different colours. Six folk were there at Master Gunnric's.
Next month (Friday 25th August)(ooooh Baroness' Birthday! ed.) is Heraldry at Tamsyn's. If you have a device, think about banner. If you don't have a device, think about what you would like in a device.
Crux library will be available by then via good offices of Deputy Crux (Tamsyn).

Email report includes news that installing Lorraine as Constable is straightforward and just requires approval of Kingdom Constable. Lorraine agreed to be Constable.
We need to advertise positions of Reeve and Chirurgeon in Stormscroll.
Constable
Bash collected $112 and was attended by 44 people, including children. There were no injuries.
The Constable paperwork needs to be stored for 7 years. This can be stored in the Footscray storage. There are containers of existing paperwork that need to be passed on to Lorraine.
Web
The website software is almost ready to be rebuilt but will have no effect on the functionality of the site. The site will be unavailable for an hour or so while the rebuild is done.
In July 125no copies of Stormscroll were downloaded in addition to those that are mailed directly. This compares with 99 in June and 87 in May.
GENERAL BUSINESS
Business Cards
Karen will email Thorfinn for a high res version of the Stormhold heraldry picture. Full colour business cards will cost approx $62 for 500. B&B still to organise.
Audit
Jill sent email to list asking for locations of any baronial equipment to be sent to her. Jill presented a summary of the response so far and will send out another email shortly.
Baronial Activities Survey
Karen presented a draft of the proposed survey and canvassed commentary. She will add some context to the form and make some other, minor changes prior to next Thursday for distribution by attendees.
Victorian Medieval Events
Jill referred to the email recently on the Cairnfell list and recommended that Stormhold discuss involvement with Cairnfell in the medieval event to be held at Kryal Castle on the weekend 16/17th September.
We should have Business cards and a brochure available for this weekend.
Sunshades
James has made tent pegs and painted them blue and white.
