Barony of Stormhold

Knight Marshal - Isobel volunteered to be Knight Marshall of Stromhold.

William Marshall - St Barts/Gilligan to cook. Venue arranged and paid for.

Rodrigo asked for a budget to spend on lights for fighting. Agreed that up to $100 was ok.

Discussed costs associated with flying (as excess baggage) the Stormhold loaner helm borrowed by Bohemonde back to Stormhold. It was agreed that Rodrigo would arrange to get the money from Bohemonde to pay back the person who brought it back.

College War - Venue to be determined by 7 November. Help with arrangements offered.

Tuesday Hall
the change of council means that the cost to use the hall is likely to increase from July 2009. The current hall income is just sufficient to pay the current costs so several options were discussed; increase fees, combine Tuesday and Thursday night activities, discuss further with MCC, investigate alternative halls. It was agreed that Sara would ring MCC to discuss costs, Rodrigo would ring the City of Yarra to investigate alternative halls and Genna would call the Cities of Moonee Valley, Brimbank and Moreland to investigate alternative halls.
