Summary of Decisions
*Decision* - Gilligan to be minute taker.
*Decision* - Chronicler to get access to internet passwords.
*Decision* - List of Stormscroll subscribers to be forwarded to Chronicler.
*Decision* - College of Saint Bartholomew may investigate hosting CollegeWar AS XLIII.
*Decision* - Mistress Elaine to make a spectacular new Stormhold banner.
*Decision* - That the populace of the Barony be given the opportunity to express their thoughts and opinions on the new banner.
*Decision* - Rodrigo to liaise with Arrowsreach; ensure that AR Shire Tournament Day follows Baronial Birthday event (more fun for wayfarers)
*Decision* - Keys for ‘The Bucket’ to be copied and distributed to select members of the populace
*Decision* - Rodrigo to audit keys already copied

*Decision* - Gilligan to be minute taker.
2. Website
Website was designed to facilitate user-created content – a function that has not yet been utilised very effectively.
Discussion of distribution of website passwords and Thorfinn’s drop-dead deputy
*Decision* - Chronicler to get access to internet passwords.
Discussion of division between Stormscroll editing and distribution
*Decision* - List of Stormscroll subscribers to be forwarded to Chronicler.
3. College War (AS XLIII/2009)
Discussion of viability of St Bartholomew hosting College War next year
Suggestion by Villana that the College run a succession of smaller events focusing on individual aspects – a pot luck, a tournament, a feast, a war day, etc.
*Decision* - College of Saint Bartholomew may investigate hosting CollegeWar AS XLIII.
Appeals for Baronial help to be considered as they arise
4. Midwinter
Date: 2nd weekend in July
Steward needed – Rauf le Brewer has expressed interest
Head Cook: Ava del Mas
Rauf will investigate venue options, contact B&B
5. Baronial Birthday
Date: 20th September
Venue has been booked – expensive, but spectacular (Venetian styling)
Tickets likely to cost $30, 90 bookings required to break even
Discussion of the venue’s kitchen and dumbwaiter
Discussion of decorations and ‘historically interesting’ Baronial banners
*Decision* - Mistress Elaine to make a spectacular new Stormhold banner.
Discussion of possibilities for new banner, need for cost analysis and material selection

Friday meetings appear to be clashing with preparation for big weekend events
(BorderWar, Festival, Innilgard Baronial Changeover)
Explained as a calendar glitch – a lot of 4th weekends are long weekends this year.
Only 1 remaining (Queen’s Birthday) – not a major issue
Discussion of possibly moving A&S Friday for Queen’s Birthday – Alsfridir will consider
7. Reeve’s Report
Stormhold Treasury contains $10,252.98 as of April 22nd, with no outstanding debts
8. Surveying Expedition 2009
Stewards: Sarah and Ava del Mas
Discussion of focus of combat scenarios (skirmishes, not wars)
Discussion of possibly surveying border with Ynys Fawr (beach event)
9. Officers and Deputies
Deputy Seneschal currently vacant, Barony required to fill position.
Discussions of which officer’s warrants are due to expire soon.
Deputy Seneschal – Needs filling
Marshal – Expires soon
Rauf le Brewer may take on once duties as Kingdom Chronicler are discharged (Hanbal might continue until then)
Herald – Expires in June
Miriam Galbraith has volunteered to take over
Constable – Expires in August
Chandler – Current Officer is not playing
Hospitallier – Currently being performed by Baroness Sara; dedicated officer would be preferable
