Minutes

* Decision *: Minutes to be taken by Rodrigo.

Meeting Relocation

Discussion of location of baronial officers meeting.
Discussion of transport issues for particular members.
Discussion of dance options for Thursday meeting.

* Decision * – The SH Council meeting to be held on the second Tuesday of each month at the Kensington Community Center at 7:30 pm.

Discussion - Use of Thursday non-dance weeks.
Discussion of cost of hall. Current fees paid 'till June 07 @ $700.00/ 6 months

* Decision * - 'till 31st of Dec 07 for Thursday meeting to pay its way. To be reviewed in council meeting December 07.

Moving from Yahoo groups to a more anonymous list server e.g. Google Groups or SCA list,
Discussion of Google Groups / Google Calendar
* Decision * - Move Stormlist to SCA list.
Website is under review.

Officer Positions

1/ A&S Jenna to step down Jun 07 Asfridr to step up
Changeover at Midwinter.

2/ Ute to be captain of archers.

3/ Reeve replacement still needed.
* Decision * Signatories to change when reeve changes.

4/ Lists to step down when Replacement found.
Proposal for Crib book for lists.

Bank Account

Proposal for high interest bearing account for a proportion of the Stormhold liquid assets.
Discussions include Convenience to Reeve. Not CBA Interest bearing 5%-7%
No excessive fees
Not for profit organisation – possibly no fees
Online access – unavailable with joint signatures, which is why we have a cheque account.

Archery Day

* Decision * – Event forms to be sent from the Seneschal to the Chronicler

Romsey Event

* Decision *: Romsey Camp event to occur on the 13th and 14th of October

Discussion of possible tavern night 28th July possibly to be run by Rauf or alternatly:- Von and Wystan???

Archery Equipment

Discussion of “Bow Hut” relocation Sale.
Discussion of Purchases for Stormhold archery
>> Action : Ute to itemise an order for value of $300 of archery gear
* Decision *: payment of $300 for Archery equipment for bow hut order.

Promotion/Advertising

Lorenzo discussed the lodgment of an ad in the Moonie Valley Community Guide.

* Decision *: Karen to be new liaison officer for MV City Council.

Karen reported the the Hall rates are $ 7.50 P/H for all halls for SCA use in MV.

Regnum Change

>> Action : Gunric to be removed from the SH Regnum.

Other

>> Action : Lorenzo and Rodrigo to finish Archery Butt Restoration.
