Summary of Decisions

*Decision* - Gilligan to be minute taker.
*Decision* - Chronicler to get access to internet passwords.
*Decision* - List of Stormscroll subscribers to be forwarded to Chronicler.
*Decision* - College of Saint Bartholomew may investigate hosting CollegeWar AS XLIII.
*Decision* - Mistress Elaine to make a spectacular new Stormhold banner.
*Decision* - That the populace of the Barony be given the opportunity to express their thoughts and opinions on the new banner.
*Decision* - Rodrigo to liaise with Arrowsreach; ensure that AR Shire Tournament Day follows Baronial Birthday event (more fun for wayfarers)
*Decision* - Keys for ‘The Bucket’ to be copied and distributed to select members of the populace
*Decision* - Rodrigo to audit keys already copied

Summary of Decisions

* Decision * - Rodrigo to be the minute taker.
* Decision * - The council accept the June minutes.
* Decision * SH to Pay for banner costs.
* Decision * A $2 levy be administered to recover dye costs.
* Decision * Stormhold to assemble for sets of loaner Armour.
* Decision * That SH open a Westpac account to contain four signatures.
* Decision * That October bash be moved to the H.E ballarat venue.
* Decision * That the steward of the Thurdasy Meetings bank the meeting returns in such a way to make it clearer to assess them.
* Decision * That june and August monthly bashes for A.S. 43 be cancelled.
* Decision * The old Baronial Pavilion be retired.
* Decision * that the canvas the old pavilion be reused in new camping accommodation.
* Decision * lorix be asked to cook for WM and that SH pay for her travel costs. (Hobart)

Summary of Actions

>> Action- Villana to include the St Bart open day plans in the SCA VIC Demos email list for assistance.
>> Action- That the regnum be updated.
>> Action- Open the new account.

Summary of Decisions

* Decision * - Rodrigo to be the minute taker.
* Decision * - The council accept the May minutes.
* Decision * - That the barony change its nominal operating account to the Westpac Bank and that an additional high interest Internet access account at the Westpac Bank be opened for the purpose of generating extra income.
* Decision * - Reaffirm that the account to be changed when a new Reeve is installed.
* Decision * - That baronial officers and others attending baronial council meetings where there is a fee to attend the venue are required to pay the nominal fee.
* Decision * - That the Barony build a new Baronial Pavilion.

Summary of Actions

>> Action - That various design options be explored, and a review of the design process to occur each meeting until the new design is accepted.

2 new field heralds had a go at Monthly Bash. Iit was AGREED that a "cheat card" be made for field heraldry at tourneys.

One name and one device were submitted last month.

Monthly Bash income was $116, from 25 members, 5-6 Non members and assorted children
Tuesday nights have earned $25 and $17 and were attended by 9members, 2 nm and 2 children AND 7members, 1nm and 2 children respectively.

Robin (from St Monicas) voice heralded at Monthly Bash. It was AGREED Herald should acquire set colouring instruments for submissions. Crux meetings were now being held in Stormhold due to Talith being Deputy Crux.
