The Lochac Midwinter Coronation is being held in Stormhold at the beautiful Abbotsford Convent

The Coronation will take place during the day and will be followed by a late afternoon feast and ball in the evening.

Saturday – War! War! And more War! Archery at the Butts, Boffer Boat Battle
A&S: Volunteers Needed
Feast & Dancing (Entertainment Centre) & Bardic Activities (Up at the Round Yard)

Sunday – Tourneys: Heavy/Archery/Boffer and then even more war for the energetic!

PRICE: Includes all meals from Friday night to Sunday lunch and all activities listed above.

Scouting parties are called upon from all the Baronies to survey the rich and picturesque lands of Cairnfell (Ballarat). Enjoy a fully catered 3 day camping event, revel in the company of people from all over Lochac and pat the pony. Dust off your camping gear and add those finishing touches to your armour as this is a great weekend to prepare and fine tune your kit for Rowany Festival. War scenarios begin at 10am on Saturday. Come and show your support for martial activities in the Southern Lochac region.

Event date: 24th, 25th and 26th January, 2009. (Australia Day long weekend)
