St Aldhem (Politarchopolis):

Lady Alesia de Cheval Blanc

Playing since: On and off since approx 1996

Costuming Focus? 15th Century Burgundian/French/Flemish.  Predominantly at the moment I'm interested in the V-Neck court gown that starts to appear after about 1460 and disappears about 1500, and also the tighter fitting burgundian style around at the same time.  Also interested in the clothing of the other classes in the same time and a variety of other Western European styles spanning from about 1400-1500.  Have a basic knowledge of sewing so I am currently doing a whole bunch of research and trial and error..

Other SCA Interests: Current Seneschal of the College of St Aldhelms, dancer, and newby fighter.  Want to learn some leatherworking, woodworking, embroidery, etc etc etc..  Have a plan that will keep me going for about 50 years or so :-)

Web Page? No.  Want more info, e-mail me.

St Monica (Stormhold):
Elizabeth de Meyham

Playing since: March 1997

Costuming Focus? I'm currently researching and making last Quarter 15th Century and 16th Century English. However when I started in the SCA I was (and still am) interested in early CE to 1100 of what is now the UK particular south-east England (Kent). I also have a fascination for how garment cutting techniques and garments evolved with time as well. And I research and sew Mongol clothing for my partner.

Other SCA Interests: Roses (types available, uses etc), Embroidery, Gardens, Herbals, Herbalism,
mainly plus assorted other things usually textile or plant based.

Web Page? No.

Other SCA Interests: Tabletweaving, fingerloop braiding, dancing, and whatever obscure new fibre craft turns up this month.
